“Your golf swing limitations often have more to do with how your body moves than your technique.”- RRRemarkable

Golf Is a Rotational Sport — Your Body Has to Be Ready for It

Golf places repeated demands on your:

  • Spine

  • Hips

  • Shoulders

  • Elbows

When mobility, stability, or strength breaks down, pain often follows.

Common issues we see in golfers:

  • Low back pain during or after rounds

  • Elbow pain (Golfer’s Elbow / Tennis Elbow)

  • Shoulder pain limiting backswing or follow-through

  • Stiff hips or thoracic spine affecting rotation

  • Loss of distance despite good technique

Whether you golf casually or competitively, your body still has to meet the same physical demands.

Train and Rehab Smarter with TPI-Certified Expertise

At Remarkable Recovery & Rehab, golfers aren’t evaluated using guesswork or generic movement screens.

Your care is guided by a TPI Level 1 Certified Doctor of Physical Therapy, using the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Physical Screen — the gold standard for evaluating how your body affects your golf swing.

The TPI Physical Screen:

  • Assesses mobility, stability, strength, balance, and rotational capacity

  • Identifies physical limitations that impact swing mechanics

  • Connects movement restrictions directly to swing faults

  • Creates a clear, personalized roadmap for rehab and performance improvement

This approach allows us to treat why pain and performance issues happen — not just where they show up.
